Accessibility
It's surprisingly common to come across 'easy-to-use' systems which in fact won't work on a Mac, or require Internet Explorer, or force you to install extra software.
Our products have been designed with users in mind from the start:

Standards
We make use of current standards wherever appropriate. In particular, we use XML and related technologies as much as possible for transfer of text-based data between systems, and for storage of data within our own products.
However, we aim to deliver practical (rather than perfectionist) solutions, and are also happy to work with whatever 'real world' data our clients currently have.
We have developed a flexible set of clean-up and conversion tools which mean that we can easily accept Excel, CSV, tab-delimited, SQL statements and various other formats.
