How much does it cost?
If there are no special requirements, standard MasterVision system set-up can normally be provided for only a small cost. A subscription includes license, hosting, data loads, support, and upgrades. There are no hidden or extra charges. Subscription costs vary by data volume and can be quoted on request. We offer flexible monthly or annual subscription pricing.
Can it handle a lot of data?
Yes. MasterVision has been specifically designed to integrate large volumes of data from multiple sources. For our existing clients the system is processing over 90m rows of source data every week. We have several installations with over 1m unique contacts, which consistently deliver very fast results even for complex queries.
How long does a search take?
A typical advanced search or report will take less than 2 seconds. MasterVision will significantly outperform most existing customer and contact database systems, and provides users with genuinely "instant answers".
How easy is it to install?
MasterVision is 100% web-based. No installation is required. What's more, it has been tested with nearly every browser there is. So, you can simply log in and start working, from anywhere, on any computer. It just works.
Would our data be secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted on a secure server with user access controlled by strong password protection. Access can also be 'locked' to computers within your offices only via IP address. You can also control which of your staff members are allowed to download contact lists, and every search, report and download within the system is logged and reported via an 'audit trail'.
Is there a limit on users?
No. All subscribers are entitled to create an unlimited number of staff user accounts. If you wish to, you are also allowed to set up user accounts for your own external agents (such as agencies and consultants).
Are service levels guaranteed?

Do I need to be an expert data analyst?
No. MasterVision has been specifically designed to be easy to use by non-technical staff. You don't have to know anything about 'SQL' and 'Boolean Operators' to make the most of the system. You can just fill in the boxes intuitively. What's more, a half day training session is always included at no extra cost.
Can it be customised?
Yes. If the product does not meet your exact requirements, we are able to use the underlying tools to provide bespoke data analysis services, or to create a customised version of the system.
