3. Manage Risks and Issues

Every project will have its problems, and it is important to try to avoid potential risks to the project in advance, and to address issues decisively whenever they arise.

4. Provide Regular Status Reports

Good communication is a key ingredient for any successful project. We will always ensure that regular, written status reports are shared with all participants.
